Warranty & Support

Protecting Your Pool Investment With Reliable Service and Coverage

A swimming pool is one of the most meaningful investments a homeowner can make — and the quality of the warranty behind it matters just as much as the craftsmanship that goes into construction. At Professional Pool Company, we believe homeowners deserve clear expectations, dependable support, and peace of mind long after the project is complete.

That’s why we provide straightforward warranties, transparent communication, and responsive customer support designed specifically for Central Florida’s climate and construction requirements.

Our Warranty Philosophy

We believe a warranty should be:

  • Simple and easy to understand
  • Backed by real support, not excuses
  • Designed around long-term durability
  • Aligned with manufacturer standards
  • Transparent in what is covered — and what is not

Our goal is to ensure your pool performs safely, efficiently, and beautifully for years to come.

What Our Warranties Cover

Structural Gunite Shell

Your pool’s concrete (gunite) structure is engineered to last for decades.

We provide a multi-year structural warranty against defects in craftsmanship or materials.

Interior Surface

Interior finishes (plaster, pebble, quartz, etc.) include a manufacturer-backed warranty.

Color variation and normal curing characteristics are not considered defects.

Equipment

We install premium Hayward equipment, each backed by industry-leading manufacturer warranties, including:

  • Pumps
  • Filters
  • Heaters
  • Salt systems
  • Automation systems

Most equipment warranties extend further when installed by an authorized professional.

Plumbing & Circulation Components

All underground plumbing is covered against leaks caused by installation defects.

What’s Not Covered

To maintain transparency and protect homeowners from surprises, we are clear about what warranties do not cover:

  • Chemical damage (pH imbalance, improper water care)
  • Calcium nodules, staining, or scale buildup
  • Acts of nature (lightning, flooding, storms, ground movement)
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or third-party service providers
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic aging

We outline all exclusions clearly during project turnover.

Our Support Commitment

Warranty is only half of the equation — support is where it matters most.

When you call Professional Pool Company, you get:

✔ A real person — no automated runarounds

✔ Fast response times

✔ Troubleshooting and guidance by phone or onsite

✔ Honest recommendations based on decades of experience

✔ Support tailored to Florida’s unique environment

We help you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

We provide clear maintenance resources, including:

  • Water chemistry guidance
  • Seasonal care instructions
  • Filter and equipment maintenance tutorials
  • Troubleshooting tips
  • New homeowner education

Our goal is to help you protect your investment with confidence.
