Stage 1 — Engineering & Permitting
We confirm site constraints, finalize design details, and prepare engineered plans for permit submission.
- Survey review + layout feasibility
- Engineered plan set
- Permit submission + tracking
Stage 2 — Layout
We mark your pool and deck footprint on-site to confirm placement before excavation.
- Set elevations + reference points
- Confirm access and setbacks
- Homeowner confirmation
Stage 3 — Excavation
We excavate to engineered depths and prep the base for steel and plumbing.
- Dig to profile (3’–6’ or as designed)
- Haul-off / spoil management
- Jobsite safety setup
Stage 4 — Steel & Main Drains
Steel is installed to spec and main drains are set for safe circulation.
- Rebar cage installed + tied

- Bonding prep as required
Stage 5 — Pre-Plumbing
We run plumbing lines and set suction/returns for performance and serviceability.
- Skimmer + suction lines
- Returns + features (if selected)
- Pressure test prep
Stage 6 — Gunite
The structural shell is applied at high PSI to create the pool’s long-term foundation.
- Shell shot + shaped
- Benches / steps / sunshelf formed
- Curing guidance provided
Stage 7 — Pre-Grade & Equipment Set
We prep grades and set equipment locations so everything fits and drains correctly.

Decking is installed per the approved selection (concrete acrylic, pavers, travertine, etc.).
- Bond wire as required
- Drainage + slope checks
- Finish surface installed
Stage 10 — Electrical & Bonding
Electrical connections and bonding are completed to code so the system is safe and reliable.
- Bonding verification
- GFCI requirements met
- Equipment power hookup
Stage 11 — Screen (If Applicable)
If your project includes a screen enclosure, it’s installed to engineered wind-load requirements.
- Footers / tie-ins (if needed)
- Structure install
- Door hardware checks
Stage 12 — Safety Requirements
We confirm required Florida safety barriers (fence, alarms, etc.) are in place.
- Barrier compliance check
- Alarm / latch verification
- Inspection readiness
Stage 13 — Interior Finish & Startup
Interior finish is applied, the pool is filled, equipment is started, and water is balanced.
- Finish applied + fill coordination
- Startup + chemical balance
- Pool school + care guidance
Stage 14 — Final Inspection & Orientation
